<TITLE>12. Par 47-50</TITLE>L-47 She said, "Why, He couldn't have been. He had to be one or the other." Said, "If I prove to you by the Scripture... You said you was a fundamentalist." Said, "If I prove to you by the Scripture that He wasn't Divine, will you say the same thing?"
I said, "If the Scripture says so, yes. If the Scripture say..."
Said, "I'll prove it."
And she went over to Saint John 11. She said, "Jesus, on His road down to the grave of Lazarus, the Bible said that He wept."
I said, "What's that got to do with it?"
She said, "Well, it showed He was a human. He's weeping when He was going to the grave."
"Well," I said, "do you think that that made Him human?"
"Yes."
I said, "He was human when He was weeping, but when He pulled that little, frail frame of His together, straightened up, and said, 'Lazarus, come forth,' and a man that'd been dead four days, stood on his feet and lived again, that was more than a human. That sure was. That was God speaking out of Him." You believe that. Yes, sir.

L-48 He was a human, truly. When He was on the mountain there, looking around for something to eat, come down, hungering. He'd been fasting all night. He come down looking for something to eat, and there was no bread on the tree, nothing to eat, no figs, rather. Looking around for something to eat, nothing there to eat, that was a man with a human appetite. That was just a man hungering. But when He picked up them five biscuits, and two or three little fishes, and broke them and fed five thousand, that was more than a man. Let me see a man do that. Yes, sir. That's right.
He was a man when He came in the back of that boat, and out there on that stormy sea where ten thousand devils of the sea swore they'd drowned Him. They said, "We got Him now. He's so tired from healing, the virtue going out of Him, He's just almost passed out." Laying there in the bottom of that boat, they said, "We'll drowned Him while we got Him out here." Flipped the boat around like a bottle stopper on the sea, ten thousand devils said, "We'll drowned Him tonight."

L-49 There was a man laying there, with all the strength gone out of Him. There was a man laying there, so tired and weary from preaching, that even the waves didn't wake Him up. That was a man. But when He put His foot upon the brail of the boat, looked up and said, "Peace," looked to the waves and said, "be still," that was more than a man. That was God speaking out of the mortal...?... That's right. Yes, He was a God-Man. He was Divine, the Divine virgin born Son of the living God.
Notice. Jairus coming to Him, said, "Now, Master, my little girl's laying just at the point of death. I've been running for about two or three hours. We heard that You were here. And I believe You with all my heart. If You'll just come and lay Your hands upon my little girl, she won't die." That's good.
Jesus said, "I'll go."

L-50 Started moving along. The woman then touched Him. First thing you know, after they got through with that ordeal there, He turned around, virtue went out of Him, He got weak, something struck Him, He turned around. After that was all over, and the woman was giving God praise, He started on. Here come a road runner running by him, said, "Don't trouble the Master, your girl is already dead. They just died. They're embalming her now, laying her out on the couch, putting the flowers around her."
My, I can see little Jairus walking along, and his little heart begin to skip a beat. He just didn't know what to do. "Oh, my, what can I do?"
